The worst experience I've had in my so far professional career. A founder/CEO who claims he doesn't want to be a CEO but he is pushed to take action because apparently nobody has been listening to him for the past 10 years. Whereas in reality he likes playing "house" within his little company changing opinions and strategies every milisecond, hiring and firing people on the spot without any valid justification, not allowing for people to grow and set a proper structure. The most toxic environment I have ever encountered. Bear in mind that you have been recruited to bring in your own ideas and expertise in your field and this happens: You identify core issues and then take the time and effort to present sound solutions. He then responds with “see here is where you are wrong and here is what you need to do”. As if he’s spent the past decade specialising in your area which hi is completely oblivious. He knows better than everybody. After 1 year of constant failure of his “what you need to do is” strategy, he decides to proceed with your original idea but claims he was never presented with this in the first place, moaning that he is the only one who actually makes an effort. What joker. His senior management has mastered the art of self-preservation using the Yes-Man theory. You will raise issues with them hoping to reach the right ears but guess what, nothing happens. If you choose to take a job here you must be something close to a masochist. Be prepared to do anything you are told to do and go way beyond your responsibilities and without any form of contract reflecting these or pay. You deserve better than this. Stay away! The consistency in the reviews you see here is for a reason. As for the reviews advising that management has changed – This is a lie. Management has been the same since this joke’s inception. Listen to the people who have gone through this and avoid having to experience it yourself. Find a company that trully value's its people.
