      Pros

      Principal always looks after it's employees, you always know you are supported with everything, whether it be a work or home related issue. They invest in their people and help them grow to their full potential. You are always encouraged to be involved, whether its an idea you have or an issue you want to raise, you will always be listened to and your ideas/feedback taken on board.

      Cons

      Working in such a fast paced environment can have it's challenges, such as lack of communication.

      Pros

      As a rapidly growing business, Principal is always innovating, adapting and pushing to deliver excellence. It's great to be a part of something where your input and hard work have instant impact upon the business and the customer - you can see results immediately, which is hugely rewarding. We're very well looked after too with free breakfast, generous holiday entitlement and loads of other perks such as parties and even casual dress code.

      Cons

      The pace of the business means you have to be adaptable...and sometimes it's difficult to follow all of the change.

      Pros

      We are very niche and are always trying to think outside of the box for both internal communications and external marketing. Because of the size of the company we are almost like a small knit family.

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be better but having said that we are working on this within the company and launching software very soon to combat this problem
