Pros

Detailer cleans awesome and they always hard at work

Cons

Don't believe in raises , management only cares about hitting their numbers every month and making their money and don't care about their employees . Work for almost five years and then fire u that u have poor work performance if that was so why would they work u all day then fire u at the end of the day most employers don't i guess they wanted to use u one last day as a guinea pig managers are dumb as a box of rocks a 5 year old child can do there job they don't know the job they manage if they had to do that job they manage in other words the body shop manager could not do body shop and so on the managers get credit for the work they don't do they get money they don't deserve they make money off employee how could u have bad work performance when u have 4 or 5 stars explain that one I would not refer this company to my worse enemy much less work there . They promise a lot of things and don't live up to it they are 2 faced they talk good in your face but look out they will stab u in the back y'all feel them knives in your back . U do something good don't hear anything about it do something bad never hear the end of it . Poor excuse for a company including management and general manager priority needs to clean house fire all general managers and managers let the employees run the place they make company money plus do the work .

Pros

1 Hr Lunch, when I worked there you could work on your car in the shop (No longer available you pay shop labr rate to work on your own car now), close to plenty of food providers, good location for business.

Cons

Old out of date equipment, never want to repair or update until completely broken and hazardous. Low pay, no chance of overtime if hourly, false promises on promotion, they removed the yearly review section from their employee manual. Your review is every 6months, it never happens. No chance of raise unless you cry or beg. I understand saving money and keeping cost down, but Tom Ivey is the cheapest person around. He might be a good sales manager but he has no idea how to deal with his shop personal, really he should never come back to the shop. No body respected him. Poor parking ( have to park across the road at a rec center). Too many clashing personalities.
