Pros
Company was awesome back in the day. It felt like a family environment and had an excellent customer base. I never had to drag myself to work.
Cons
Everything just kinda went to hell with the new owner, or leading up to it. All chalked up to revenue issues I assume.

Flexible work schedule that allows you to work from home. Friendly coworkers and management is willing to assist with any issues.
Cons
Company never landed any big contracts that lasted.
