      Prismforce is an organization of young folks lead by visionary and focused leaders. Work culture is very friendly and supportive . Especially at this stage now, you will get the opportunities to work closely with hierarchy people and learn the Techno Management work .In short , Learn and grow and enjoy the offsite party.

      Cons

      Have limited office location. Mumbai is the headoffice but need to open offices in other states also.

      Prismforce is a startup with a strong leadership with a brilliant product idea and a result- oriented team that believes in building a challenging environment for learning and growth. Building a simplified solution for a complex problem is the uniqueness of Prismforce. 100% to the leadership ,the team and the product idea.This team is definitely set for huge success. Attractive esops, Flexible policies and a strong mentor driven culture are some of the positives for the team in Prismforce.

      Culture, favouritism, bootlicking. It will all appear to be very fair and process driven from the outside but the core has gone corrupt
