Nepotism rules this company. You don't think, they tell you what to do, no questions asked or you're in trouble. The quality of employees is very low, most come from lower classes with poor education, lack of empathy and low social skills. Silly job promotions (from car driver to camera operator or from technician to broadcast director). They call themselves a big family and it's literally that: everyone who gets a job here, hires all their relatives. There are entire families working in this company (Father, Mother, Daughter, Boyfriend, Aunt, etc). There is no career opportunity for those who are not friends with someone in charge. Boot-licking is the internal currency of this company. Personality and backbone is hated, people are brainwashed and spoon fed what they need to know and think, it's like a zombie factory. After 3 months of working here, everyone has the same opinion and if you dare contradict it, you will be marginalised and even ostracised. And the irony of it all is that Pro Tv's slogan is "Think free!". Which is exactly what you are not allowed to do, someone else is doing the thinking, you only have to execute their orders.
