      Pros

      Some very talented consultants on the team. Beautiful office in Vancouver (albeit mostly empty). Good-to-great pay for most roles.

      Cons

      Owner with a victim complex who demonstrates no empathy for others. Lots of turnover at the leadership level. Little desire to do what is "right"
