Pros

The products are highly engineered, well made and in the upper echelon for the business sector.

Cons

The current management structure is rife with back covering, spineless, yes men (and woman). All of whom could not lie straight in bed. They all value and protect their own positions of power above the benefit and public profile of the company and its wider employees. There are many deep seated conflicts of interest within the company and a thread of self protection hangs over the members of staff outside of the management inner circle. The employee handbook is used as a stick to beat employees who's face does not fit and the same rules are not applied to the cronies who follow none of the rules. Despite the Managing Director's calls to "trust him". He never gave me or my colleagues any reason to (quite the opposite). Suffice to say myself and many of my colleagues have now successfully moved on to other companies within the business sector, taking with us over 100 years of experience. The thing I miss least from my experience at this company is the bullying and ambiguous threats. Which according to my colleagues who left after me, became more unambiguous towards me after I had left the company.

Pros

Products are top of their game

Cons

I worked at ProMinent Fluid Controls UK for over 10 years. The management hold grudges against past and present employees. They openly and unprofessionally voice these views to current employees as to appearing to make examples of them. People with physical or mental issues are too much trouble so they seek avenues to get rid of them. Some of the management are too close and personal to each other (married) so this is obvious how conflicts of interest are apparent. If you are willing to be a Yes Man, turn a blind eye and have your soul removed then feel free to be within this organisation.
