Pros

If you are willing to put in the time and effort this is a great place to grow your career! The company has come a long way in the past 3 years and continues to take feedback from all employees to improve their culture and benefits.

Cons

As a performance coach their is a lot of travel involved (they are very up front about this during the interview process ) and paid time off is limited.
