Pros
Great people, US based manufacturer, understanding with time off requests. Promotes from within whenever possible.
Cons
Production floor gets hot during the summer. Extra responsibilities may be given without an immediate compensation boost.

Pros
Most people here are great to work with. Good health insurance benefits. Flexible hours. Pay is average.
Cons
Management plays favorites with certain employees. Hiring of family members that don't have the proper experience. Some employees here have been the subject of physical and/or verbal abuse by members of upper management. Building is run down and dated, minimal upkeep. Upper management is very threatening/intimidating. I once saw a manager lunge toward another manager across the table in an attempt to assault the man. Turnover rate is going up.
