      their communication lacks behind a way while campus recuritments they gave offers as well as letter of intents and then told people to wait for one year later decided to revoke the given offer letter and nearly 58 people waited and lose their valuable one year if they had given prior info about their onboarding status ,the 58 people may chose another option..
