The job wasn't bad but the management is unfit and doesn't even know any of the jobs they hire people for and they pick at every little thing they don't care about the employees.
Lack of training. Your training will be shadowing someone for a day then it is sink or swim, full production.

Department managers could use management and interpersonal training. Many of them are either unaware of fundamental flaws in current processes, are incapable of listening to employee concerns, or are unwilling to identify and change processes and properly address workload concerns.
