Very good technology and value proposition. Good backing from the parent company Publicis.

Cons

Management is toxic, boarders on bullying and abusive. There is no strategy, profitero has a terrible work culture which has led to a huge turnover in middle management. Interview with caution.

Pros

They want to go in the right direction. Some of the members of staff are very knowledgable. Quite good product.

Cons

Hardly any training, no structure, no progression. They seem to make things up on spot, regarding pricing etc. No real marketing material. Product is too expensive. Senior management do not know what they are doing.
