Pros

Support, diversity, improvement . The staff is polite with welcoming manners and very supportive towards parents and children, without differentiates.

Cons

Because of a considerable number of mothers from different countries, it would be much easier for them to frequent the center if there will be an English learning skills course for these mothers.

Pros

Positive, mission-driven work. Well known local organization. Recent changes to leadership team have reinvigorated the work.

Cons

No downsides - just the ongoing work of a non-profit!

Pros

Grateful to have worked somewhere like PEPS in the pandemic! Trust based, flexible work environment with emphasis on professional development and learning. Deep equity work. Leadership treats staff as full people. Supervisors do a great job of recognizing and celebrating accomplishments. Opportunities for cross department work.

Cons

Compensation commiserate with industry, but industry in Seattle as a whole does not pay enough for those living in the city.
