If you are willing to work hard you have an opportunity. Schedules changes depending of the year season which is good for some employees.
Cons
There is a lot bad going on in Progressive Gourmet. Employees are leaving because they don't feel the company will be open three years from now. They have a serious financial problems. Sometimes I have to buy my own office materials because they don't have supplies for the employees and they make you 30 questions just to get you pens or basic supplies. Production employees are underpaid and overworked. Employees receive raises of .10 cents an hour after being with the company for long years. There is no room for professional growth and management only think of themselves. The owner of the company does not have any people skills or think about his workforce at all.
Poor bonus/commission structure, lack of inside support, too many middle managers made decisions that negatively impacted the bottom line and upper management had no idea what was going on within the company.
