      - Supportive environment to experiment with products to distrupt the norm. - Open and approachable management teams acorss Europe and Globally. - Long term vision and view on logisitics real estate. - Close collaboration with customers.

      Cons

      - Balance between short term targets and long term vision, can be a struggle to align.

      The culture is collaborative, innovative and supportive. Leadership is so amazing; they are dedicated to your success. They are so approachable and really take time to listen. They take feedback and react to it quickly. They are dedicated to their sustainability goals and their community involvement. They encourage a healthy work/life balance. They have a great mentor program for anyone that wants to grow professionally or personally.

      Great Company, Tough Culture

      Overall, Prologis offers great opportunities to their staff. They run lean, so your contributions are impactful.

      Cons

      Tenured employees tend to be allowed to disregard appropriate workplace behavior. Every position is extremely demanding. There is little room for failure, and next to no training.
