The people are truly, genuinely great. Leadership is open to criticism, willing to change. Big ambitions in sustainability / reducing carbon footprint at scale. Real goals around equal pay, diversity and inclusion. Proactive, hard-working people.

Cons

Very fast-paced company. Some parts of the business are still very old school (it's real estate). Technology needs an upgrade -- employees have way too many disconnected tools and platforms.

Great company that is very well managed. While in the real estate business, it has invested heavily in technology and AI capability.
