      Competitve salary, consistent business day work hours, family-owned and operated.

      Cons

      Rigid policies and procedures that are over-kill for such a small operation. Unrealistic performance expectations that increase sporadicallly without additional compensation, but instead generate negative financial consequences if unmet.

      Limited supervision, Great bonus structure, Flexible schedule, Great people.

      Cons

      If you are not someone who can work without supervision, this is not the company for you. We have a great relationship but we will and do hold each other accountable for our mistakes.
