This is a great job to jumpstart your career in sales. The people and culture make it really fun to come to office and the training and SDR Manager is really upbeat and truly cares about your success. I was here over a year and there has been a lot of recent changes that have been really positive and makes a lot of outdated ratings irrelevant. I would recommend this job to anyone who is motivated to be in sales, wants to grow and have a clear path to promotion, and does well in a high energy, rewarding atmosphere. Also the snacks, proximity to the beach, benefits, and the people are the cherry on top.

Cons

The pay is low considering the industry, but commission is doable and helps a lot with that
