Pros
Consider it an IT bootcamp of sorts. You will have exposure to a wide range of technologies. You can learn very much in a short amount of time if you are dedicated and put effort into learning.
Cons
Management is horrible, no organization whatsoever, no project management. Management has driven many highly skilled experienced engineers out and replaced them with entry level people. This is was my biggest issue, as you get no mentoring working here which stunts the learning process. IT is a trade skill, you need to treat it as such. Without the masters you will not learn properly. They do not care about their employees. There is simply not enough resources to handle the work many times. This is based off decisions made from management. Salary is horrible, they expect you to work ridiculous hours at times with no overtime pay or compensation. Absolutely no work / life balance, expect to throw your health and personal activities out the window.
