      Pros

      The mission & the people. I love supporting our Veteran population and I can’t imagine doing it with a better group of people and that starts at the top!

      Cons

      Nothing related to PFS. Sometimes work is tough but that exists in all career paths at any organization. The support from leadership and colleagues make even the tough situations so much better!

      Pros

      PFS is a small company, focused on clients and the employee experience. The CEO is relatable and the company culture is outstanding. You won't find big egos or overbearing managers here. True professionals!

      Cons

      You get paid on the 15th and 30th of the month, with 2 weeks in arrears. I worked a month before I got paid due to the structure.
