Pros

Some of the remaining employees are really spectacular, hardworking people. Unlimited time off policy is nice. There are snacks.

Cons

Two downsizings and three CEOs in less than a year. No more marketing or HR/Ops team members (all laid off). Work being pawned off to whoever remains, whether qualified or not. Nearly impossible to sell product. Sales attrition is huge. Those who are left are way overworked. Un-trustworthy and self-serving leadership. Redundant roles in upper management. Zero top-down communication of the actual state of affairs. "Transparency" is a total lie.

Thank you for your feedback. After reading your review, it sounds like your biggest concern is organizational communication at Promoboxx. We strive to communicate clearly, timely & efficiently at all levels. We leverage systems such as slack and tiny-pulse to provide various outlets of feedback and communication as well as in real life conversations such as our weekly company stand up and bi-monthly all hands meetings. Pros

-The 'support retailer' mission is in the right place

Cons

Slow Growth and High customer churn Preach culture but it needs a lot of work - 9am come in put headphones on and 5pm take them off and walk out the door. CEO is prickly and testy. Does not provide executive support for many departments. Believes uncomfortableness is an effective communication style. No collaboration b/w departments Sales has zero leadership - high turnover
