I stay motivated because your voice matters here, you are heard and your opinion is respected (even if the final decision differs - leadership considers all sides). The difference here is the company's mission is not just words on a website, it's put into motion through actions and leading by example. You will be invested in as a professional and a person if you come here and put in the work.
Cons
Every company and job has its cons. I think a remote first environment can be tough, especially if you don't function well independently. Also the caveat to constantly innovating and improving is that things are constantly changing. If you are looking for a job where you can become complacent and coast, Prompt is not for you. To some this may be a con if you're not looking for growth or challenge.
