Pros
New Senior Management are steering the ship in the right direction. The product is being developed faster than ever and the deadwood (staff) is being cleared out. Workng at Pronto is like working with family. Management are supportive and communication is free flowing.
Cons
Still a bit lean when it comes to resources but the head count continues to rise.
