Our final interview phase aims to assess multiple aspects, including technical knowledge, communication, and cultural fit, to ensure the best match for the role and our organization. Sometimes, these decisions can be challenging.
We want to share some additional context regarding our recruitment process. We have a comprehensive procedure designed to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge through tests, communication skills, and attitude. To maintain the integrity of our evaluation, we conduct a follow-up technical test in our office, which helps us identify and address any unethical practices used by candidates to clear the initial online tests. Our goal is to provide a fair opportunity to all candidates, and we believe that in-office assessments are an essential part of achieving this fairness.
We follow a structured interview process where candidates are asked questions related to their project experiences, as well as questions to assess their programming and technical knowledge. This approach helps us ensure that candidates are well-suited for the role.
