Pros

I love working for Protocall. Not only is the training top notch, but it has helped me in my real life. I’ve become more confident and assertive. I’ve learned so much about myself. The job development and the different teams are just a1. They care about you as an employee and there is room for me to be human here. The flexibility (if you’re good at coordinating your own logistics) is amazing. I can get shifts covered when I can’t come in, I can pick them up virtually whenever I want more. Our consultation makes us stronger and we all have great diverse attributes to bring to the table.

Cons

Sometimes I stay later than I want to because I’m on a call. Not even a complaint tho bc I get overtime lol
