      GREAT people! Great idea! Great Mission!

      Cons

      Poor leadership, low pay, Whereas team leads often care deeply and do their best for the teams, upper management is all about the numbers. Warm bodies count for more than good work ethic which in turn, loses clients. When clients are lost leadership is quick to point fingers.

      Pros

      Provalus is a good place to pad a resume. You get experience in fields that typically do not let people with little to no experience or education enter. It is a good gateway to a higher paying job.

      Cons

      Don't expect pay that is equivalent to what you would make in the fields you are put in at Provalus, they pay according to starting pay for other entry point jobs. You might see people hired in after you with the same low level of experience make more than you though, because you started before them.

      Pros

      Provalus is like my second family. All of my coworkers are awesome and so is the leadership team. Our leadership team does so much to engage our employees. I have received so much appreciation and recognition in my short time here than any of my previous jobs. It is nice to have a place where you can receive nice pay with great benefits and the opportunity for future advancement. Don’t believe any negative comments you hear. Those naysayers are generally not happy at anytime and are always looking for something to complain about. If you aren’t happy, leave! That’s great advice in general in the work place.

      Normal growing pains with any small startup company.
