      Pros

      Collborative culture. Leadership that listens and strives to improve itself rather than delegate all their work to individual contributors. Remuniration is more than satisfactory with ample earning opportunity for high performance individuals. Not an ounce of micromanagement in sight.

      Cons

      Implementing features is cumbersome and customizing the tool per rather specific client requests is time consuming and not a given.

      Pros

      Easy-going and welcoming atmosphere, a lot of trust is given to the employees, flexible and understanding management. Overall great culture.

      Cons

      Among just standard cons that come with modern-day office-type work: somewhat loosely-defined carrier opportunities without a clear path, but that's understandable for a fast-growing, just-recently-small company (plus it worked differently for different teams). After being acquired by a bigger player, the salaries became more stagnant, any bonuses (like an end-year bonus) disappeared.
