Pros

The company has a 500-year history in the business.

Cons

The leadership is based in Europe, and there is a single point of view leader in the US market. There is no real connection or understanding of how large or small retailers conduct business in the US market, nor is there any openness to listen to or learn about it. All new product development is based on European trends, negating the needs of American consumers, who are very different from those in Europe. Unfortunately, this was not the case just a few years back this point, it seemed as if they were shrinking operations in the US to make it a 3PL operation and run it from Europe. The question would be the timing, and the market share would dwindle to very little.

Pros

Best benefits I've ever received: 401k, vacation, great insurance price, etc. Even if you choose not to contribute to 401k, the company still makes its own contribution to your 401k.

Cons

I didn't live in the same city, so the commute was long. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like other than that.
