Pros
You get experience in things outside your role because the roles are so unclearly defined and there is so little vision for the domestic branch of the company.
Cons
There is very little business strategy involved at the higher levels because they take direction from the Korea-based headquarters. That trickles down to a lack of innovation, ownership, and vision in the U.S. In every department, people wonder why they're doing what they're doing, but individuals still put their heads down and execute because they're told to. That lack of vision and clarity leads to employee discontent. It's obvious why people leave so quickly - at the upper levels, you have no say; at the lower levels, you're annoyingly affected by leadership's lack of say.
