Relaxed environment, you are not micromanaged and you work in the same building as all of the managers and executives so they are easily accessible
Cons
Lack of accountability across all departments, professionalism is not very common, severe unwillingness to give employees raises based on previously promised performance reviews. Company has proven time and time again that they don't care to invest in their employees resulting in low morale.
