Pros

There was some freedom to experiment with new frameworks and a few talented developers on the team, but that barely scratches the surface.

Cons

- The company promised innovation but delivered nothing but disorganization. - Roadmaps changed constantly, and features were abandoned without notice. - Developers were forced to work late nights fixing rushed, untested code. - There was no planning or strategy, only constant scrambling and patchwork solutions. - The fast pace did not inspire creativity; it drained every ounce of energy. - By the time products were finally shipped, no one had the will or passion left to care.

Cons

This company is a complete fraud—an insult to the tech industry and a menace to anyone who dares to trust it. Their app is a worthless pile of junk, delivering pathetic results while draining users’ hard-earned money. If you’re thinking of using it, don’t. GitHub Copilot is leagues ahead—this trash doesn’t even deserve to be mentioned in the same breath. And don’t be fooled by the app’s ratings. They manipulate them shamelessly—using fake reviews, incentivized ratings, and other shady tactics to create a false image of credibility. It’s all smoke and mirrors. The so-called leadership—Founder and CEO Edward and COO Ben White—are a disaster. Arrogant, erratic, and utterly devoid of discipline, they’ve turned this company into a playground for their own delusions. Investors’ money is being burned at the altar of their incompetence. This isn’t just mismanagement—it’s a masterclass in how to run a company into the ground. And the workplace? It’s a nightmare. Salaries are delayed, slashed, or outright withheld. Employees often work an entire month only to receive half their pay—or nothing at all. And if you dare to ask about your salary, you risk being fired on the spot. It’s a toxic, exploitative environment where fear replaces fairness and chaos reigns supreme. Avoid this company at all costs—whether as a user, investor, or employee. It’s not just bad business—it’s a cautionary tale of everything that’s wrong with the startup world.

Pros

They hire skilled developers and team is good.

Cons

Management is the worst. They treat employees as objects. When it comes to pf and insurances they don't have any such thing. There is no clarity of product.they expect you to work 24x7. They is very less women representation.
