      Pros

      Flexible organisational structure. The company encourages open and honest communication between staff members. Calgary is full of very friendly like minded people who are always happy to help and support each other. As a business they provide a flexible and empowering working environment, where individuals are encouraged to contribute their ideas. Management give you space to just get on with your job.

      Cons

      Still growing as a company, and some processes need refining .

      The company is collapsing rapidly

      Pros

      Flexible vacation. Products are used to improve healthcare.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs, mandatory salary cuts, top talent is leaving rapidly, management is non-existent. No sales or marketing left to sell the products. Remaining employees are all spending their time looking for other jobs. Politics between the remaining executives are extreme.

      - Good benefits package - Great co-workers - Nice office

      Cons

      The CEO was an incompetent bully. He constantly yelled and humiliated people in meetings. Never had a good grasp of the business.
