The people make the the company! Great clients Fantastic growth Good appraisal system, growth opportunities and career progression.

Cons

No employee benefits! Not even Friday drinks or a subsidized canteen.

Pros

I've worked here for a while now and it's still one of the best places I've worked. The people, the culture, the values and the transparency are second to none. There's a lot of freedom to get on with your work, there's a big emphasis on action over meetings, and we've been quick to adapt new technologies like AI. I've recommend this as a place to work to many friends.

Cons

It's not a con for me, but the freedom and pace isn't for everyone.
