Conditions worse than being in jail! HR are powerless to do anything as they are controlled by upper management despite what they say. Signs of a very bad workplace. Owned by americans. Classic blame culture. Nepotism. Office politics. Lots of lying. No one ever admits to their own problems. Promotion is based on how long you have been with them rather than quality of work. Dont be surprised if someone who is bad at their work for years get promoted for no reason other than filling a role. Cant even pay their employees each month correctly. Delusional contracts. READ BEFORE SIGNING! Its a mistake a lot of new candidates face and once youre in, there's no way of amending the contracts. Its worse when you have hierarchy staff such as leaders, PMs etc who are remote but dont help anyone but themselves. Some of these people have swindled their way to be remote so they can avoid constant problems from the staff at the office sites. They also bring their own personal problems into the job which affects our work but also the product we are trying to make. Dont bother applying for any of their roles. Stay away!
