Has all the perks of working at a rapidly growing start-up (although I would not call Q-CTRL a start-up anymore) - flexible work environment, significant scientific impact on projects you get to work on, lots of room for growth and a fair amount of independence. Compensation and benefits are very competitive for the quantum computing industry, and are reviewed regularly to remain competitive. Also lots of company sponsored opportunities to gain exposure at academic conferences and other industry events. Overall, employees have a sense of being well taken care of. Mentorship is excellent and you'll certainly learn a lot about quantum computing in the real world working here. I highly recommend working at Q-CTRL, especially if you are a young scientist interested in quantum computing, looking for a chance to have a lot of impact while being well taken care of.

I have not worked for a company that not only delivers on what they say they will, but also one that is making a genuinely positive impact within the technology ecosystem. This ultimately can have a positive impact on society in general and I get to see these amazing things happen live while of course, making an impact myself.
