Cons
Totally and utterly disorganised and chaotic company. They have no systems and procedures in place stipulating customer or supplier guidelines. You will get blamed for everything even if you asked for advice from senior managers. Product information is non existent or it’s stored on a spreadsheet ‘somewhere’ !! Decisions are made very last minute meaning most projects had to be done yesterday. The CEO or President is a complete control freak thinking all his ideas are the best even though they are about 20 years too late! Their IT set up is so out of date that your work constantly crashes as the hardware is so old! There staff turnover is huge...for such a small company people rarely stay more than 12 months or less!
