None whatsoever. Unless you want job insecurity, to be performance punished and underpaid.

Cons

Working at Q4 is a nightmare, Management on all levels are incompetent, favourtism is rife, employees are pitted against each other. Employees are overworked due to high staff turnover. The company continues to dismiss employees as a reaction rather than addressing the issues of which there are a many. The Exec team is rotten to the core, benefits are taken away without warning or consultation, There are a host of issues at this place. If you value professionalism, transparency steer clear. The worst place I have ever worked.

Pros

Two stars that relate to the first couple of years: with the opportunities I had to develop my skills and learn, as well as meeting some great people along the way.

Cons

I always felt that unless you worked in Sales or directly generated income, they (CSuite) didn’t really care for you. And that came to fruition when one of the rounds of redundancies impacted my team and I. I worked so hard for this company and saw the wonders of what our team did. But we were cut by a load of new people who didn’t know a thing about us. The whole redundancy process was dreadful. It knocked my confidence. I find it hard not to resent this company and those who made those decisions and made me feel the way I did.

Not many, they do have nice offices

Cons

Chaotic at best, regular lay offs and poor structure . Completely mixed signals internally and no cohesion between teams. Only join if you're happy to be frustrated on a daily basis.
