Pros

Bike, parts and merchandise discounts.

Cons

No room for growth, leadership doesn't really do anything with the feedback given. Unfair treatment, favoritism, poor pay. Poor benefits (health, dental, vision and such).No training.

Pros

Great place for seasonal employment. Probably only work there once but they'll keep you on for at least 3 months. Also they'll take anyone with a pulse, so if you're desperate, this could be a good option to get started quickly while you look for something better.

Cons

High turnover, bigoted management, probably half of their employees are on a PIP, I would stress cry regularly after my shifts.
