      Pros

      From my first day at QIMA, I felt genuinely welcomed. Working in such an international environment has been a truly rewarding experience. As a foreigner, it can sometimes be challenging to feel like you “fit in,” but at QIMA I have always felt part of the team, supported by positive energy from everyone around me.
