Didn't see any pro in whole 1 year of my service period

So many... 1. Boss culture. You have to do many things even when you know they are wrong just because boss has told you to do that. 2. Favouritism. A person who has less experience and knowledge than you can become your lead or boss is the right word. 3. Anytime they can fire you. Without any notice. 4. No coding standards or proper process set. So, they will hire you for technology A and make you work on technology B-Z whatever they like. Your profile will be screwed. 5. So dumb colleagues. Local people estimate way lot more than actual. But if you are a foreigner, they will expect same thing in half time with superfine quality. 6. Managers will make you wait late in the office for no reason.
