Cons
QOMPLX probably has one of the better cyber-security solutions out there focussed on threat detection. Despite this, there has absolutely been zero vision on how to grow this company and very little support to aid people within the role, especially newcomers. Management simply hires their friends who have no experience in selling cyber-security products which have led to no one in company history meeting their OTE, more major redundancies than the years I've worked here, and can be a fear-driven environment of losing your job day-to-day. Training has varied from team to team due to there being no official program. To anyone trying to join this company- don't. you'll get lured in with a high base and get trapped with unreasonable targets, close to no training, and heavy mismanagement, and when you're made redundant, no communication on how/why and an absolute joke of a severance.
