Pros

There is a start-up culture where entire organization is involved in all aspects of the business. The work is exciting and changing an industry with high profile clients, frequent new coverage and often tickets to big games.

Cons

Given the nature of clients, deadlines are often sharp and often come up suddenly. There is also a need to be constantly connected as any issues typically need to get resolved quickly, regardless of the hour.

Pros

This small company is full of intelligent and happy individuals. People are excited to work for this company and it's infectious. I always feel like I can ask anyone for help and they are willing to answer my questions and give me in depth reasoning for protocol. I can talk to senior members and the CEO and have my input taken seriously. It is truly a collaborative environment and I'm happy to be a part of this unique company.

Cons

The location, while beautiful and central to downtown Austin, can be a pain to get to. Austin traffic can easily double the commute time to the office. The interview process is very through and long. While I appreciate that they want to make the best decision possible with a cultural and experience fit, it seemed to drag on. I had 3 phone interviews, 1 technical interview on Google Hangouts, and 1 on-site interview with additional cultural and technical questions.
