Very poor Management. Lack of responsibility, Employees are treated very bad and are asked to slog and work. False promises and high dreams are shown by the Management when they require you to complete tasks, and later U turns are made. Lots of politics happen and two of the founders of the Company are visionless. Join this company only if you are in need of a temporary job.

- There is no opportunity to enhance your skills. -Always there would be director’s play in everything -You are not suppose to take any decisions without notifying them. -No process in SDLC. Everything is customised. -Very poor balancing in work life and personal life. -There is no appreciation from any one of the director and in case any escalation comes from client they scold employees with abusive words on the floor. -Worst HR policies. -Nobody act as professional. They treat employees like slave. -Its either you are a director of the company or just an employee, there is no scope of growing here.
