Pros

Benefits are good. Start up atmosphere. Clients are nice but stressed out. Very fast-paced. If you fit the cookie cutter, and have a thick skin and are happy to be pushed around then this is the company for you. There are some great people but they do not like rocking the boat so they often do not act on their ideas so ideas are lost unless they are one of the favorites.

Cons

Very chaotic. Things change daily and weekly. Commissions are a joke as the structure keeps changing. You work long hours with lots of overtime but often do not see a bonus or your commission. Also hard to explain how it breaks out between technology and services. The company loves to say their technology is innovative but other companies now have as good or better technology and have caught up or passed them. There was little room for advancement as you are just a cog in the sales machine. Lots of favoritism and popularity contests.

Great People

Pros

The people you will work with are amazing, caring, smart, and supportive. They all truly care about the success of the company and want to help clients and fellow coworkers be successful. A fully remote and unlimited PTO was huge! Loved being able to wfh and take time when needed. A fantastic yearly summit allows all workers to meet in person, learn, and build relationships. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and to learn new roles if requested.

Cons

Low pay (keep in mind it is a startup) Long hours and some weekend work required during busy times (hours can be flexible if this happens just need to talk to your manager) Lack of support from some account directors when clients push back and want changes or request unrealistic projects A lot of work to the point where it was overwhelming and stressful especially when employees took off during the same times.

Employees are burnt out

Pros

The team vibes are great, and the CEO is top-notch. There is potential for the company to soar because it has a supportive and caring atmosphere all around.

Cons

It is worrying to hear about the burnout many employees are experiencing. While some leaders prioritize work-life balance, others seem to push too hard, making it tough for employees to set boundaries. Unpaid overtime and high workloads should not be the norm, and management needs to step in to address these issues. The benefits package could use some beefing up. Gym and tuition reimbursement, bonuses, or commissions could be considered and improve overall satisfaction among employees.
