      Employees can be fired at any time without job security. No work-life balance; long hours are expected. Clients are always given preference, even when their demands are unreasonable. Constant micromanagement with little trust in employees. Salaries are frequently delayed. Poor communication from management. High stress, low morale, and no appreciation for employees. Very limited career growth.

Though the senior management operating from USA, but they are always available most of the time, round the clock and employees working in any location will have easy access to the top management.
