      I've settled into the role very well. My team is excellent and the range of work I'm doing is very interesting.

      Pros

      Through training on complex Product. Always had feeling of being able to speak to everyone in the company top to bottom. The whole company buys in to the mission of the company. Made me feel there was a commitment to there mission not there bottom line

      Cons

      Was employed while the company went through some redundancies so there was alot of shifting teams. Honestly can't fault them on this too much as every company will go through restructures.
