1. The CEO has given the charge of Glassdoor to the CHRO who is pretty much manipulative in tons of ways. She has just joined here to mint money and nothing else. She has been brainwashing the other leaders as well in the organization. True example of the fact that people don't open their mouth in front of a woman.
2. The so called leadership of this organization belongs to category where they do not possess any leadership traits. All they know is how to stoop as low as possible just to ensure that they are in the good books of the CEO. They will even put the careers of their team members at stake to save their skin in front of the CEO.
3. On one hand they say that this year because of COVID, there will be no promotions and increments; however, undeserving senior people are further promoted, just because they are close to the CEO.
4. The culture here is that they will not think twice before firing anyone. If you really need to fire, fire some of those senior guys who do not deserve those hefty packages.
5. There is a lot of unethical stuff going on in terms of how employees clear client interviews, etc...Alarmingly, the senior team is ok with it as long as the business in flowing in.
6. They can change your designation at any time they want....after that even if you hit your head against the CEO, no one will listen to you.
7. HR team has completely changed now for the last few months. You cannot trust them like you would earlier.
8. In the name of job rotation, they will rotate you to different roles, but will not give you enough time to prove yourself in the role, only to hear from them after 2-3 months, that you are not performing and "that's the exit door for you"
9. Worklife balance is horrific. 'Bosses' dont care what situation you are in. They will call you when they feel they need to ask something. Honestly, this culture is totally top-driven. Please understand that you may not have a personal life; but we do.
