      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      No benefits just base pay and nothing else, incredibly toxic culture, you’re treated unfairly and badly and if you’re not liked - you’re made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. There are no career opportunities at Quant, no training, you are forced into the office during COVID even though everyone felt unsafe, because there was such a lack of trust and management wanted to see you working all day.

      - working and focusing to lead blockchain interoperability - so its a great place for those whom willing to joint this area of tech - kind and helpful co-leagues - can feel a good future for staff and company - opportunity to grow specially for developers

      - There is a lot of work to be done but not enough of us to do it.
