Pros
The leadership and HR always treated the staff with respect and kindness. Looking back, I barely found the same vibe in another company that I've worked for.
Cons
It is closed, for good. The company accumulated technology, product lines and reputation over the years but now it's all gone. Yes there's plenty room for improvement in many regards, but simply throwing everything away seems bit of an over-reaction by the ONSEMI management.
